Looking at the odds for tonight's Boston Bruins vs Dallas Stars game and upcoming games for Boston

Heading into the cross-conference meeting between the Bruins and the Stars, Boston is third in the Atlantic Division behind the Florida Panthers and Toronto Maple Leafs.

Meanwhile, Dallas is third in the Central Division with a 9-5-0 record. It is tied with the Colorado Avalanche, who also have 18 points.

Dallas is a slight betting favorite on most US sportsbooks. On FanDuel, the Stars are -176 favorites while Boston has +146 odds to win.

These odds are consistent with those seen on DraftKings, where the Stars are -180 favorites to win and the Bruins are +150 underdogs.

To simplify these odds using the DraftKings numbers as an example, it would take a $180 bet on Dallas as the favorites to win $100, whereas a $100 bet on Boston as the underdogs would win $150.

Following tonight's game against the Stars, Boston will return home for a three-game stretch. It will host the St. Louis Blues on Saturday, the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday and the Utah Hockey Club on Thursday.
