The NHL's official X account recently shared the projected roster for the Nashville Predators. The post also asked fans how they think the Predators will fare in the upcoming season with their new additions.

The 2023-24 campaign saw the Predators finish with a record of 47-30-5, fourth in the Central Division, and were eliminated in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. Now with new GM Barry Trotz in charge, there are high expectations on the team.

Key acquisitions for Nashville Predators in the offseason

Steven Stamkos signed a four-year contract on July 1. He played 16 seasons with the Tampa Bay Lightning and is their all-time leader in goals, points, and games. Last season, he had 81 points.

Jonathan Marchessault joined the team this offseason on a five-year contract. He had 69 points with the Vegas Golden Knights and won the Conn Smythe Trophy in 2023.

Brady Skjei, 30, signed a seven-year contract. He had 47 points with the Carolina Hurricanes last season.

After spending the last two full seasons with the Dallas Stars, Scott Wedgewood agreed to a two-year contract with the Predators.
