The Edmonton Oilers had a tough night in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final on Monday as they lost 6-1 to the Florida Panthers at Amerant Bank Arena. Sergei Bobrovsky made 32 saves for Florida, while Sam Bennett scored his 14th goal of the playoffs, which is the most by any player so far. Game 4 will be played on Thursday.
The Edmonton Oilers shared the final score on X after the game.

Oilers fall 6-1 to Panthers in Game 3 to go down 2-1 in Cup final
The Edmonton Oilers suffered a disastrous defeat in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final. The Panthers, who led by two goals after the first period, now lead the series 2-1.
After the game, Oilers forward Evander Kane said,
"We didn't play very well, we have nobody to blame but ourselves. We can definitely be a lot better."
Brad Marchand scored the first goal just 56 seconds into the game. Carter Verhaeghe made it 2-0 late in the first period on a power play.
Corey Perry scored for Edmonton early in the second to make it 2-1. Sam Reinhart answered 80 seconds later to restore Florida’s two-goal lead. Sam Bennett scored on a breakaway to make it 4-1.
Aaron Ekblad added a power-play goal early in the third. That ended Stuart Skinner’s night in net. Evan Rodrigues scored another power-play goal to make it 6-1.
Florida had 11 power plays and scored three times. Edmonton took 21 penalties for 85 minutes.
