Who is Tyler Bertuzzi's wife? All we know about Ashley Greasley and their relationship history

Tyler Bertuzzi is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward who plays for the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Red Wings had selected Bertuzzi 58th overall in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.

Bertuzzi is currently married to his long-time girlfriend Ashley Greasley. The couple reportedly met at college and began dating. Photos of them together from early 2010 indicate that they have been dating for quite some time. Ashley is a native of Michigan and is a model by profession.

The duo are proud parents of one girl child. Bertuzzi became the father of Kinsley Lea Bertuzzi on November 11, 2022.

Tyler Bertuzzi's sweetheart declared on October, 2023 that there would be another addition to the family. She shared news of her pregnancy in a photograph with Tyler and their pet dogs.

The couple are epecting their second child sometime in January this year. Ashley has often been spotted at Bertuzzi's games cheering him on.

Tyler Bertuzzi's NHL career

Bertuzzi has made a name for himself with his aggressive play, much like his uncle Todd Bertuzzi did during an 18-season NHL career in which he scored 314 goals and had 1,478 penalty minutes in 1,159 games.

Tyler was selected 78th overall in the 2011 Ontario Hockey League Entry Draft and had 17 points and 117 penalty minutes in his first season with Guelph Storm in 2011-12.

He was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings in the second round (58th overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft, but he spent that season with the Storm, where he scored 35 points in 29 regular-season games and 17 points in 18 playoff games to help them win the OHL championship and advance to the Memorial Cup championship game in 2014.

Tyler Bertuzzi spent the next two seasons in the American Hockey League with Grand Rapids before making his NHL debut on November 8, 2016.

He had no points in seven games with the Red Wings that season, but was instrumental in the Griffins' Calder Cup run, registering 19 points (10 goals, nine assists) in 19 games and being named MVP. He also established a Grand Rapids record with 23 playoff goals.

Bertuzzi spent the first half of the 2017-18 season with Grand Rapids before being recalled by the Red Wings on December 21. The Sudbury, Ontario native earned his first NHL point and assist against the New Jersey Devils two games later, and scored his first goal on Jan. 14, 2018, in a 4-0 win over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Tyler Bertuzzi finished the 2017-18 season with 24 points in 48 games for the Red Wings, then scored 21 goals and 47 points in 2018-19 and was selected to play in the 2020 Honda NHL All-Star Game for the Atlantic Division.

He was traded to the Boston Bruins ahead of 2023 trade deadline and ended up playing 21 games for the Bruins and another 7 in the playoffs.

Later that year, Tyler Bertuzzi signed with the Maple Leafs as a free agent and has since been plying his trade in Toronto.
