Simone Biles and her husband Jonathan Owens' dream house has neared its completion. Biles and Owens exchanged their vows on April 22, 2023, after announcing their engagement on February 15, 2022.
Following their wedding, the couple announced that they were building their own house and started preparing for the same in September 2023. Since the foundation was laid, Biles has been quite active in giving updates on their custom-built lakefront mansion in Houston, Texas, reported to be worth $3 million (as per Sports Illustrated).
Biles shared a few glimpses in September 2023, only a few months after the construction began. The couple's huge abode features striking wooden beams, high ceilings, a home theater, a wet bar, and an expansive balcony that faces the lake. The house also has a black-and-white marble backsplash in the kitchen and swimming pool.
The manor also has mirrored ceilings in the marble bathroom and the gym. While the bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a massive shower, the gym contains high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen also features a waterfall island. Biles and Owens have paid attention to each detail of the house and haven't missed the entertainment quotient, including a game room, home theater, wet bar, and an upper-level balcony in the two-story residence.
Simone Biles is currently enjoying her time off after her incredible run at the Paris Olympics, which saw her win three gold medals and one silver medal.
Simone Biles makes her feelings known about the Texas mansion as the couple's arrival at their dream abode delays

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens have delayed their arrival at the Texas mansion after recently relocating to Chicago. The couple moved to Chicago as the NFL safety is poised to begin his training with the Chicago Bears in July 2025. Owens signed a two-year contract with the Bears in 2024. In an interview with PEOPLE, Biles expressed her desire to reside in her dream house as soon as possible while stating her joy.
"Only the [homeowner association] has vetoed a lot of stuff. But other than that I mean, I think we've done a good collab of what we wanted our house to look like. So hopefully we'll be able to move in soon," she said.
"We were supposed to be in before the Olympics, and unfortunately that wasn't the case," she added. "So we're just waiting for the weather to die down. We're just… we'll see."
Biles has recently been seen making appearances at multiple high-profile events, including the MET Gala and the Kentucky Derby.
