Mike Youngquist met Kristen Danielle back in 2012, according to Screenrant. The couple tied the knot in 2015 but were able to stay married only for a year. The 90 Day star revealed on season 7 that his former wife had left him for another woman and that the heartbreak made him put on 340 pounds of weight, which he eventually lost before meeting Natalie.

Kristen went on to marry the woman she left Mike for, in 2019, whom she also shares a son with. She was mentioned only once during season 7 of 90DF, when Natalie called her "low class."

Mike Youngquist and Natalie first started talking through their mutual friends and eventually fell in love. During his season of 90 Day Fiancé, Mike traveled to Ukraine to be with Natalie. He shared with her that he could not fulfill her wish of having a child because he was in debt after buying a farm from his dad.

Mike Youngquist left Kyiv on a bitter note after Natalie expressed her dislike of his decision. She went to the US anyway because her K-1 Visa was approved. After trying to mend things in their relationship, Mike got cold feet two hours before their marriage and he refused to marry her.

Natalie somehow convinced him to marry her saying she needed a US Visa, and marrying him was the only way she could achieve that. And just like that, they were married in April 2020.

He was then spotted with the Rock of Love star Marcia "Brazil" Alvez, partying in Las Vegas, in a picture posted by Marcia in September 2021. Fans continued to spot them together on Marcia's feed even a year later, when she posted several pictures of them together in August 2022. According to Screenrant, they eventually broke up because Marcia's choice to reside in LV wasn't the best thing for their relationship.
