RHOBH star Yolanda Hadid called off her longtime engagement with Joseph Jingoli. Citing an "exclusive source," People magazine on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, reported that the couple went their separate ways in January, adding that they "remain friends.'
Hadid first met the construction CEO in 2017, when she moved to Pennsylvania. They have been together for six years, with Jingoli proposing to the reality TV star in 2022. According to the insider:
"They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together."
It is worth noting that neither personality has confirmed the news.
Yolanda Hadid was previously married to Mohamed Hadid (1994-2000), with whom she shares Bella, Gigi, and Anwar, and to David Foster (2011-2017).
Yolanda Hadid and Joseph Jingoli sparked engagement rumors in 2024 after she referred to him as her "fiancé" during her Architectural Digest interview
Yolanda Hadid first met Joseph "Joey" Jingoli on her farm in Pennsylvania, which the reality star purchased in 2017. According to the New York Post, she bought the farm to be closer to her daughters, who live in NYC.
In a January 2018 interview with PEOPLE Now, Yolanda gushed about meeting Jingoli. Following her divorce from David Foster, she took time to focus on herself. She told the outlet:
"I really wanted to take the time, this time, to heal from not only Lyme disease but my divorce and really step into my own power as an independent woman and just feel whole on my own for the first time."
The former model elaborated that she didn't want to date or meet anybody. However, things changed in late 2017. Yolanda Hadid stated:
"I really started focusing. I made a love spiral and wrote down exactly everything that was important to me in a man and he magically just rang the doorbell at the farm."
Joseph Jingoli is the CEO and chairman of the board of his eponymous construction and development company. According to its website, it caters to the public, power, industrial, healthcare, gaming, and educational sectors. In addition to the company, he also founded the nonprofit The F.A.R.M. Team, which helps youth in addiction recovery, as per its website.
The couple has kept most of their romance out of the public eye. However, in January 2021, Yolanda Hadid celebrated their two-year anniversary in an Instagram post. It included a carousel of photos with Jingoli, calling the CEO the "light in (her) life." The post suggested they began dating in January 2019.
Yolanda and Joseph made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Global Lyme Alliance's Annual Gala in NYC in October 2019. At the time, she praised Jingoli for his support. Talking to People magazine at the event, she explained:
"It’s such a blessing to find someone so perfect for me in this time of my life. He rides horses, he loves nature, he loves the farm. To find love again at 55 is amazing."
The couple sparked engagement rumors in August 2024 after Yolanda Hadid called Joseph Jingoli her "fiancé" during her Architectural Digest interview. She later confirmed the news with People magazine, adding that Jingoli proposed when they were vacationing in Holland two years prior.
Neither Yolanda nor Joseph has publicly confirmed their separation.
