Season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way ended with episode 22, released on November 25, 2024. The episode was part 2 of Tell All, and the participants gathered to give updates about their relationships and talk about the disputes documented in the season.
Shekinah and Sarper also attended the coveted reunion, where the previous episode 21 saw the host bring up Sarper's ex-flame, Deedee, who he was still allegedly texting. Sarper admitted having spent a night with her before meeting Shekinah and said he continued texting her because he easily connected to her as she was a therapist by profession.
In episode 22, the host brought up the semi-nude pictures that Sarper sent Deedee and asked him when he had sent them. Sarper said they were sent before he met Shekinah. He also reassured Shekinah and the audience that he had no feelings for Deedee and he was only talking to her because Shekinah asked him to get a therapist, and she was one. People on the dais and 90 Day Fiancé fans called Sarper out for choosing a therapist he had slept with in the past.

The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Tell All host said there were more messages between Sarper and Deedee than what Sarper revealed earlier, then showed a screenshot of their chats, which had a shirt-less picture of Sarper. He said it was before he met Shekinah and shared that he used to send such pictures to most women he had been with.
When James asked what made him disconnect from s*x and love, Sarper said that when he was 13-14 years old, he caught his girlfriend cheating, which hurt him. Since then, he promised himself to never let another girl hurt him. The host then brought up a chat message where Sarper asked about Deedee's whereabouts.
Sarper explained this by saying Shekinah had asked him to get therapy, so he wanted to see if Deedee could help. When Shekinah disapproved of it, he told her she didn't put any condition on him getting a therapist.
