Ghost Adventures star Aaron Goodwin's wife, Victoria Goodwin, has been sentenced over murder-for-hire charges on June 5, 2025. The 32-year-old has been sentenced to a minimum of three years to a maximum of seven and a half years in a Nevada prison.
According to NBC's March 13, 2025, report, police checked the phone of Florida inmate Grant Amato in March 2025 and found text exchanges between Amato and Victoria Goodwin. Officers found evidence of them plotting to murder the reality star.
The two were involved in an affair, and Goodwin saved up $11,515 to pay a third person to murder her husband. On March 6, Victoria was arrested. The following month, she pleaded guilty to the murder-for-hire charges.
On Thursday, after she was sentenced to prison, Victoria apologized to Aaron Goodwin, stating that she regretted her actions. She promised never to get involved with Goodwin again.
"I need you to know that I will always hold love for you. I genuinely pray you find your joy and peace again, and I will bow out of your life forever to hopefully ease that process. I'm sorry I broke us, and I'm consumed with regret every day. My absolute promise to you is that you'll never see or hear from me," she stated.
Victoria then apologized to her family and the court, saying this was her "rock bottom."
"Secondly, I'd like to apologize to my parents. My actions are not a reflection of how you raised me with unwavering love and support, and I know I'm better than this. Next, I'd like to apologize to the court... This is my rock bottom, and I'll never forgive myself," Victoria Goodwin said.
What did Aaron Goodwin say at the court?

Aaron Goodwin stated that prior to her arrest, they tried to work on their marriage when he found out Victoria was cheating on him. He claimed she was supposedly talking to Grant Amato till her arrest.
"Now discovering she put a hit out to kill me more than once, got blackmailed and spent almost all our savings to keep it quiet and fell more in love with Amato. They even got spiritually married and now I was called the first husband. They talked until she was arrested, and she sought out his help to kill me," the reality star stated.
Aaron Goodwin said that after this incident, he no longer feels safe. He then called out Victoria for claiming to be remorseful after she was caught.
"The fact that this person did all this to me with no worry, no care or love in her heart for me, I will never feel the same. I will never feel safe or be the same. But because of what she did, especially when she gets out one day, she claims she's remorseful now that she's been caught. But at no time before did she ever try to stop this from happening," Goodwin said.
According to The New York Post's March 23, 2025, report, Aaron Goodwin filed for divorce in March, days after Victoria was arrested.
