Love Island Australia is currently airing season 6 on 9Now, with new episodes releasing from Monday to Thursday. In the November 28 episode, Hannah made a surprise return to the villa, determined to rekindle her romance with Taylor. Hannah had previously been eliminated the night before.
Hannah's comeback was met with a passionate speech in which she confessed her feelings to Taylor. She also highlighted the qualities that made him her ideal match.
Taylor then complimented both Hannah and Krissy in a heartfelt speech, but admitted that he couldn't shake off his feelings for Hannah. He revealed that even as he got to know Krissy, his mind kept wandering back to Hannah. Taylor chose to reunite with Hannah, leaving Krissy to pack her bags and depart the villa.
"Although I had such an amazing time with Krissy, But I was still thinking of Hannah in some way. And I think that speaks volumes in itself, I would like to twist and choose Hannah," stated Taylor.
Other Love Island Australia contestants were speechless after Hannah's return
Taylor's decision to reunite with Hannah on Love Island Australia caught all the cast members off guard, especially Krissy, who had grown close to him after spending the night together in Hotel Amor. Krissy had decided to commit to Taylor, but just as he was about to reciprocate, host Sophie Monk revealed that Hannah was back in the picture.
The Islanders were stunned, and Taylor was visibly shaken. The other contestants could only utter a collective "What". To recap, Hannah and Taylor had been flirting with each other for days before finally deciding to explore their connection.
However, their budding romance was cut short when Hannah was unexpectedly eliminated from the villa. Hannah announced her initial fate on the November 26 episode as she read a message on her phone.
"Hannah, you are now single. Unfortunately, you've been dumped from the villa. You have 30 minutes to pack your bag and say your goodbyes," read Hannah herself.
Taylor then coupled up with Krissy during the Hotel Amor twist. And in a sudden turn of events, Krissy's time in the Love Island Australia villa came to an abrupt end after Hannah's return. Hannah's persuasive efforts convinced Taylor to choose her over Krissy, resulting in Krissy's official elimination from the show.
In her exit interview, Krissy shared her thoughts on Taylor's decision. She expressed her disappointment and surprise that he didn't choose her, given their connection.
Krissy emphasized her genuine nature, stating that she couldn't pretend to have feelings for someone when the cameras were off. She acknowledged that others might approach situations differently, but she remained true to herself.
"The way that he treated me at Hotel Amor, I think there was a part of me that was expecting him to pick me. I personally can't fake it. I'm genuine, I can't fake cuddling or kissing someone when the cameras are off, each to their own," said Krissy.
Despite her departure from Love Island Australia, Krissy asserted that she had no regrets about her time in the villa. She proudly declared that she stayed authentic and spoke her mind, even in her final moments at the Fire Pit. Krissy humorously noted that she might have said more, but it would have been too much.
Love Island Australia airs new episodes on Mondays to Thursdays every week.
