1. Matt Higgins
Matt Higgins serves as the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of RSE Ventures, a private investment firm that nurtures and invests in enterprises across a diverse range of industries, such as sports, entertainment, technology, and food. Under his leadership, RSE has helped build significant brands like the International Champions Cup and the Drone Racing League.
Higgins has also co-owned VaynerMedia and invested in companies like RESY and SkOUT. Before his career in business, Higgins served as the youngest press secretary in New York City history, managing media relations during the 9/11 crisis. He is currently vice chairman of the Miami Dolphins.
He made his appearance on the U.S. edition of Shark Tank during Seasons 10 and 11, thereby becoming the first Shark to feature in both the U.S. and Dubai iterations of the program.
2. Noor Sweid
Noor Sweid is a prominent venture capitalist in the MENA region and the founder of Dubai-based Global Ventures, a growth-stage venture capital firm. Sweid has been a trailblazer for women in the business world, making history as the first woman to lead an IPO in the Middle East.
She has held the position of Chief Investment Officer at the Dubai Future Foundation and was a founding partner of Leap Ventures. In addition to her work in venture capital, Sweid founded the largest chain of yoga and Pilates studios, ZenYoga, in the Middle East.
3. Adel Sajan
Adel Sajan is the Group Managing Director of Danube Group, a company that has seen significant growth under his leadership since 2009. Danube Home, a subsidiary of the group, operates in multiple cities across the world. Sajan has been pivotal in expanding the company’s presence, driving its diversification into various segments, including construction, building materials, and home goods.
4. Toufic Kreidieh
Toufic Kreidieh is the founding partner and CEO of Brands for Less (BFL) Group, an international discount retailer that operates across the Middle East and Europe. Founded in 1996, BFL Group operates more than 74 stores in several countries.
In addition to its flagship discount stores, BFL Group has expanded by acquiring brands such as Toys for Less, Homes for Less, and Tchibo. Kreidieh has grown BFL from a single store in Lebanon to an international business with a diverse portfolio of retail brands.
5. Mona Kattan
Mona Kattan is the founder of Kayali, a luxury fragrance brand launched in 2018 under the Huda Beauty umbrella. She previously served as the global president of Huda Beauty, a company she co-founded with her sisters. Under her leadership, Huda Beauty became a billion-dollar brand.

6. Sima Ganwani Ved
Sima Ganwani Ved is the founder and chairwoman of Apparel Group, a leading retail company based in the UAE. The group manages more than 85 brands and operates over 2,300 stores in 14 countries. Ved has been instrumental in the company’s growth and diversification.
She was named one of the most powerful businesswomen in the Middle East by Forbes in 2024. Ved is also a prominent advocate for gender equality and has supported numerous initiatives aimed at empowering women in the region.
7. Cordell Broadus
Cordell Broadus is an entrepreneur, film producer, and son of the famous rapper Snoop Dogg. Broadus initially pursued a career in football but left UCLA to focus on his creative passions, including film production and music. He founded Film School Productions and has worked on several projects, including a documentary about his family’s legacy.
Broadus is also involved in the NFT space and owns a taco restaurant called Bored Taco. In addition to his entertainment ventures, Broadus is a co-founder of the record label Real Queen Sound.
