One of the major reasons how Bridgerton maintains the essence of its historical fiction-romance narrative is its melodious soundtrack. The thing that the series does differently from the others is that it features not the original songs but the instrumental renditions of them by musicians, including Vitamin String Quartet, Duomo, Kris Bowers, and more. However, besides the renditions, the first season of Bridgerton also features songs from Celeste Sufjan Stevens, while the second mostly includes classical music. As per the showrunner, Chris Van Dusen, the musical choice depended on making the show feel different than the other period dramas, which he revealed in an interview with Marie Claire.Every song in Bridgerton Season 1Episode 1: Diamond of the First WaterThank U, Next by Vitamin String QuartetGirls Like You by Vitamin String QuartetEpisode 2: Shock and DelightIn My Blood by Vitamin String QuartetEpisode 3: Art of the SwoonBad Guy by Vitamin String QuartetEpisode 4: An Affair of HonorStrange by CelesteWildest Dreams by DuomoEpisode 5: The Duke and IWe Could Form an Attachment by Kris BowersLove Yourself by Sufjan StevensThe End by JPOLNDEpisode 6: SwishIn My Blood by Vitamin String QuartetBad Guy by Vitamin String QuartetEpisode 7: Oceans ApartThank U, Next by Vitamin String QuartetStrange by CelesteWildest Dreams by DuomoEpisode 8: After the RainLove Yourself by Sufjan StevensStrange by CelesteThank U, Next by Vitamin String QuartetRead more: Why Bridgerton season 3 is releasing in two partsEvery song in Bridgerton Season 2Episode 1: Capita R RakeBridgerton original soundtrack by Kris BowersSharpening My Knives by Kris BowersStay Away by Vitamin String QuartetMaterial Girl by Kris BowersAllegro Brilliante by Heinrich Amminger & Mozarteum Quartet SalzburgAccidental Eavesdropping by Kris BowersDiamonds by Hannah V, Joe RodwellEpisode 2: Off to the RacesA Gift For Edwina by Kris BowersDuet For Violin And Cello In D Major, Hob.VI:D1: III.
