Shark Week 2025: How to watch on TV and online

The highly anticipated programming event has officially commenced, continuing the special Shark-based series that began in 1988. Marking its 37th year, an elaborate lineup of shows has been scheduled to celebrate the ocean's iconic predator.

Commencing from July 20, 2025, the special programming will air on the Discovery Channel. For viewers interested in streaming, all shows from the celebration will also be available on HBO Max and Discovery+.

Interested viewers can subscribe to HBO Max through a variety of subscription plans. The basic ad-inclusive plan is priced at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. The standard ad-free plan is available for $16.99 per month or $169.99 per year. A premium ad-free plan is also available for a monthly price of $20.99 or an annual plan of $209.99.
