Erin Moriarty, who plays Starlight in Amazon Prime Video's popular show The Boys, has shared details about her personal health struggle. In an open letter posted on Instagram on June 13, 2025, she mentioned that she has recently been diagnosed with Graves' disease, an autoimmune disorder.
She emphasized that symptoms of such conditions can be easily overlooked or misattributed to everyday stress. It wasn’t until a formal diagnosis that she began receiving treatment, which she said brought immediate relief.
She urged her followers not to dismiss the warning signs:
"Don't 'suck it up' and rise above pain; you have the right to be comfy," she wrote.
