A video of Twitch star Kai Cenat's friend, Ray, also known as "rayasianboy," having a breakdown on livestream has gone viral on social media. In the 52-second clip posted on X, the content creator expressed his desire to leave Taiwan. Claiming that he couldn't do "anything" in his home country, the 18-year-old said he tried to go to Waffle House only to realize he wasn't in the US.

Ray voiced his dismay at the situation:

"Somebody get me the f**k out of here, bro! It's boring as f**k! Oh, my god! Oh, my god, I cannot do this s**t anymore! This morning, I woke up, I tried to go to f**king Shake Shack. I tried to go to f**king, what's it called? Waffle House, bro. Oh, my god, I realize I'm in f**king Taiwan! There is nothing to do here, bro! Oh, my god, bro!"

The Twitch streamer added that he couldn't bear to stay in Taiwan, just three days after arriving there:

"Somebody get me the f**k out of here! It's the day three and I cannot f**king stay here, bro! Where's my burger, bro?! Where is my chicken wings? Where's my... ah! Oh, my god, bro! Just get me the f**k out of here, bro. Nah, I've been eating noodles every single day. Sushi. Noodles. Oh, my god!

Kai Cenat says that Ray did not go back to Taiwan to serve mandatory military service

On August 30, 2024, Kai Cenat hosted a desktop livestream after collaborating with Darren "IShowSpeed" for a Hardcore Minecraft marathon that lasted days. At one point, the New Yorker provided details about Ray's recent trip to Taiwan, revealing that he did not go to his home country for mandatory military service.

Kai Cenat elaborated:

"He is back in Taiwan, but we have good news. He is not going to Taiwan back for the military (service). He's just going to rekindle with his family and s**t like that, and he will be back in a few weeks. In like two or three weeks, he will be back. Okay? Back right at it, n***a. Outside with the guys. You feel me?"

In recent times, Ray has established himself as a prominent figure in the content creation industry. He started his Twitch channel in August 2020 and has since grown it to more than a million followers. As of this writing, his most-streamed categories are Just Chatting, IRL, Grand Theft Auto 5, Fortnite, and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.
