As tens of thousands of his supporters tuned in to watch Cenat roam New York City, the Twitch star encountered a man who claimed to be Randy Orton's cousin inside a grocery store. The streamer appeared skeptical about the individual's claims at first, asking:
"Randy Orton? You're cousins with Randy Orton? On god? Ni**a!"
However, the stranger proceeded to pull out his phone and showed Cenat a supposed video of himself getting RKO'd by the famous WWE star. This led the internet personality to ask the man to do the finishing move on him on camera:
