Twitch streamer and video game developer Thor "Pirate Software" recently found himself under scrutiny after a series of allegations, claiming "manipulation" for "sexual and financial gain" were leveled against him by programmer and artist Lyric Wulf on June 9, 2025. The following day, Thor responded, denying the allegations and calling Lyric a "parasite" for bringing up situations from over 5 years ago.

Pirate Software responded in an elaborate X post, labeling Lyric Wulf's assertions as "pathetic":

"Hell, your own website has you talking in third person and typing as if you're speaking from my perspective all over it. This sh*t is unhinged and pathetic."

For context, Lyric organized direct message screenshots and other pieces of evidence to support their claims. The artist claimed to have provided $800 donations to Pirate Software, who in turn allegedly employed "love bombing," followed by pressure, gaslighting, and shaming when Lyric failed to reciprocate Thor's feelings.

In response, the streamer claimed the two initially had a friendship, which turned sour after Lyric tried to turn their relationship "sexual":

"You were a massive donator to our game in the very beginning and tried to use that to get close to both @RiverMake and myself. It worked and we were good friends for a bit there. When you were in the sphere of friendship you tried to push that to something sexual and I turned you down."

Looking at Pirate Software's response to Lyric Wulf's allegations

Pirate Software claimed that his associate, Shaye, whom Lyric mentioned in her initial allegations against the streamer, was negatively affected by the whole ordeal:

"...made [Shaye] so uncomfortable that she panics when thinking about that convention center to this day and doesn't want to go to conventions anymore. Then you charge-backed all of your donations and tried to cripple our studio."

Further, the streamer claimed that Lyric's unnamed boyfriend issued warning signals about the artist's supposed "toxic and dangerous" behaviour:

"Your own BF at the time warned us with how toxic and dangerous you were. Dude wasn't wrong, you've spent the last 4 months working on this hit-piece website as shown on your github and the last 5 years trying to form the 'perfect argument' to take me down."

Pirate Software concluded by asking Lyric Wulf to leave him alone:

"You're a f**king parasitic piece of sh*t and you need to leave us the f**k alone. See you in 2030 when you inevitably try this sh*t again."

Following Thor's response, Lyric mentioned they couldn't directly reply because they were blocked from his X account.

Additionally, regarding Thor's comments on Lyric speaking in the third person and being "unhinged," the latter responded:

"Lyric is allowed to talk in the third person. And those annotations are notes to myself as I read through and analyze."

Quoting the streamer's concluding statement, Lyric claimed that they wouldn't back down "this time":

In April 2025, Thor called out partnered Twitch streamer "MattyPocketTV" for issuing threats on social media.
