Caitlin Clark was present during Game 3 of the first-round series between the Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers in the 2024 NBA playoffs.
Clark is already a beloved figure in Indiana after getting drafted first overall by the Fever earlier this month. She's so popular that one fan even got her ultrasound signed by the former Iowa standout.
During Game 3 of the Bucks-Pacers series at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Clark was asked to sign an ultrasound by a fan in the stands. The first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA draft obliged and autographed the image, which might be a 1-of-1 memorabilia.
The 22-year-old guard has only been a Fever player for less than a month but she's already a crowd favorite in Indiana. She helped inspire the crowd before the game as the Pacers escaped Game 3 with a 121-118 overtime win to take a 2-1 series lead over the Bucks.
WNBA fans on social media reacted to what might be the most unique item Caitlin Clark has signed so far in her young career.
Some fans described it as "weird," while others can't believe someone would actually want their ultrasound to be signed by the state's biggest star.
"Weirdo behavior," one fan wrote.
"That's so weird," another fan chimed in.
"That's a unique autograph request!" a fan commented.
Meanwhile, some fans are happy with the parents because they have one amazing story to tell their child. Others are also hoping that it would inspire the baby to be just like Caitlin Clark.
"Waiting for this clip to resurface in 22 years when this baby is a baller," a fan wrote.
"The baby's parents want to have an epic story for their bab," one fan remarked.
"The draft day story for that baby is going to be an all-timer," another fan commented.
Caitlin Clark supports the Indiana Pacers
Even before the Indiana Fever made her the first overall pick in this year's WNBA draft, Caitlin Clark was already a fan of the Pacers.
Clark has been open about her support for the Pacers since her boyfriend Connor McCaffrey joined the franchise as a team assistant last year.
The Iowa product even shared it during her introductory press conference for the Fever, while also congratulating Tyrese Haliburton for making it to Team USA's roster for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
She even took a friendly shot at Haliburton, who played for Iowa State in college.
"I've watched the Pacers very closely my boyfriend works for the Pacers so I've become quite a fan. I mean Tyrese is incredible and I just want to congratulate him, obviously, being named to the USA national team today is pretty special.
"It's a really hard accomplishment and obviously, he played for a very terrible team in college, but it's nice to be in the same city now," Clark said. [13:02 - 13:29]
