Darby Allin is one of AEW's toughest wrestlers. While he stands under 6 feet tall and less than 200 pounds, the multi-time champion constantly shatters the odds and overcomes obstacles in his way. After getting hit by an actual bus, Allin's latest announcement seems to be just another sign of how indestructible he really is.

Darby took to Instagram yesterday to reveal that he was struck by a bus while crossing the street in New York City. Allin recently delayed his plans to climb Mt. Everest due to a broken foot, and now it appears he has a broken nose from the bus incident.

Allin took to X today to confirm that he will still make his scheduled signing despite the bus. He is making an appearance at Pandora's Box in Lafayette, New Jersey.

"TIL 3pm today meet and greet," Darby Allin wrote with the promotional graphic seen below.

Allin has not wrestled since losing to Jay White at Big Business on March 13. While he is recovering from a broken foot, the storyline reason for his absence is a broken ankle caused by Bullet Club Gold.

WWE Legend on what Vince McMahon would have done with Darby Allin

Vince McMahon would have protected Darby Allin better than Tony Khan has, according to a former WCW World Heavyweight Champion.

Despite his risky in-ring style, Allin has suffered no real injuries in AEW, but there have been close calls. Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, Vince Russo claimed that the AEW & ROH owner is clueless.

"That really is how clueless Tony Khan is. I always hate to go back to this, we'll go back to this till the day we die. If it's Vince McMahon, Vince is looking at Darby Allin as a talent who's making him money. So, Vince would not want him to do, especially, 'There's a pay-per-view coming up, we got big plans for you...' Vince would have that conversation with you. Like, bro, I am banking on you to make... like, that's not even in Tony Khan's head,'" Vince Russo said. [From 01:28 onwards]

Russo continued with more Khan - McMahon comparisons, and named a surprising legend who Allin could be more responsible like.
