American YouTuber and content creator Ash Alk (691K subscribers) landed one of his most popular videos to date after he pulled a prank on popular YouTube streamer Darren "IShowSpeed." For those unaware of Ash, he is a 21-year-old YouTuber who mostly does pranking-style videos for content. His latest video, uploaded on May 13, 2024, featured Darren during his IRL stream.

While IShowSpeed was hosting an IRL stream in a park in Miami, he was greeted by Ash, who disguised himself by wearing an old man's costume and mimicking an elderly tone. During their interaction, Ash pretended to be an old man and ended up admonishing the streamer for bringing all the cameras. He said:

"Why y'all got so many cameras out here? (After IShowSpeed responded, 'I know you are fake.') I am as real as they come, boy. Ay, y'all intimidating me right now. I'm going to start being myself. Y'all scaring me with all these cameras."

The streamer, however, saw through the ruse:

"Wait, is he real?... that can't be real."

Darren later added:

"You're not real. That's not how old people talk. Take it off. You're not fooling nobody anymore."

After some more back and forth, Ash did end up removing the costume, revealing himself. A couple of individuals in the crowd even recognized the YouTuber given his growing popularity.
