Wouldn’t it be awesome if he performed at the show of shows?Celebrity – /slbrti/noun· a famous person, especially in entertainment or sport.· the state of being well known.Celebrities and wrestling have always sort of gone hand in hand; it’s showbiz meeting sports entertainment after all. So, what’s an entertainment zone without the presence of celebrities? Given the reach of the WWE, most of its performers are well known as well. So, getting someone on board for a brief span of time, who is equally or more well-known and who possesses the attention of a certain target audience, always helps WWE in reaching out to a new audience and helps in its cause of gaining more viewership. The grandest spectacle in sports entertainment cannot be without its fair share of celeb star power, so here are 5 celebrities we would love to see at Wrestlemania-

#1 Jon Stewart

Stewart before he got famously AA’d

Firstly, Jon Stewart had an awesome few episodes with the WWE. He was intimidated by the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, who also made a surprising appearance on Stewart’s show. Jon helped Rollins become both the WWE WH Champion and the US champion against John Cena simply because he did not want to see Cena beat his idol’s – Ric Flair – record of World title reigns.

And then he was AA’d by Cena the next night on Raw, the clip of which, made it to the Emmys playing on loop. For someone as politically sharp and witty as Stewart, who also is a mainstream critique and comedian, WWE had quite an attraction and Stewart played a meaningful, entertaining and valuable role every time he was given the opportunity.

He will definitely make it to the Hall of Fame, but before that, he should atleast be at one Wrestlemania. Since Flair is already by his daughters’ side this Mania, how about a Stewart appearance, eh?

#2 Tom Hardy

Hardy in The Warrior

Okay, this may just not be in many fans’ minds, but just towards the run-up to the Oscars this year, WWE put out posters of made-up posters of WWE superstars in Oscar-nominated films.

One of the posters had Dean Ambrose on the cover of ‘Mean Dean, an obvious play at Mad Max. Also, hardy was also in a combat sports based movie called ‘Warrior’.

Okay, the connection may be far-fetched for many but Hardy is an A-Lister with many badass performances up his alley, and it’ll be something to have him on a grand show, possibly the biggest Wrestlemania ever.

It’ll be something if he actually meets ‘Mean Dean’.

#3 Ronda Rousey

Rousey with The Rock last year at Mania

She created quite a rousing phenomenon when she crossed the barricade and entered the ring with The Rock to face off against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.

It was an absolute way of making Wrestlemania a larger than life entity with 4fourterrifically powerful performers, verbally, physically or both. This was so good that it deserves an encore. Rousey is no longer perceived to be the invincible one since the last time we saw her in the WWE.

She suffered her first loss but is still a much talked about celebrity, who’s done a lot for her sport. Her presence is something special on a stage like Wrestlemania.

#4 Eminem

What if Eminem performs at Mania?

This pick is clearly based on the fact that he is a wrestling fan and he’s quite mainstream. His track ‘Legacy’ was the chosen one for the promo featuring the feud between Cena and Bray Wyatt 2 years ago and that track made the feud all that much more intense even after a great build up to the event.

It was possibly the best promo from two years back. It’ll be something else altogether to have Eminem perform at Wrestlemania. Given that Mania does have performances and given that this is the biggest Wrestlemania to ever happen, a presence like Eminem’s could seriously boost its prospects.

#5 Jack Whitehall

Jack Whitehall is a fan of The Rock

Jack Whitehall is a comedian from the UK and till date is one of the biggest celebrity fans of WWE. Well, mainly he’s a huge fan of The Rock and calls him his favorite actor. He even went on to say that he’ll ‘lose his $#!t’ if he ever met Dwayne Johnson in person.

Well, we’ll like him to do exactly that at Mania since The Rock is already advertised to be there.

Just go watch some of Whitehall’s performances and then imagine him meeting The Rock backstage. It’s going to be a spectacle to watch him lose his mind meeting WWE’s biggest superstar to transition extremely successfully into mainstream Hollywood.

#6 Honorable Mention- Justin Bieber

Well, this may just be a very popular choice for many of his detractors who are also WWE fans. Actually, it will be quite a moment for all of his detractors whether or not they’re WWE fans.

Justin Bieber's name has often been referenced in the wrestling universe, mostly by a certain Dean Ambrose while calling out his former friend and now arch enemy Seth Rollins. So much so that the audience sometimes chants the pop stars’ name at Rollins.

Guess how the scenario would be if Beiber comes up against Ambrose or Lesnar!

Lesnar ain't ging to stand there shaking his hand and be all starry eyed after seeing a celebrity, now would he? This is the WWE and Bieber will get his arse kicked by Lesnar. All his detractors will not want to miss that moment.
