Wrestlers have a tough life. They travel on the road for 300+ days and their body takes the bump almost every day. Doing all these heavy tasks, WWE Superstars can’t focus on other aspects of their life. But still, some manage to save time for their personal life.

With such a hefty schedule, many wrestlers try to find their partners in their field. Some WWE Superstars have married their coworkers or even bosses! Triple H is a perfect fit for this context. He tied the knot with Stephanie McMahon, and both are still together.

However, everything is not all roses. Some adorable WWE couples are now either split or not working together. It may not be a huge problem for them, but as fans, we sometimes miss them. Let’s take a look at 5 such WWE couples we might never see again on television.

#5 Tye Dillinger and Peyton Royce (Engaged)

Tye Dillinger and Peyton Royce’s relationship started in NXT. After 3 years of dating, this couple publicly confirmed that they are in a relationship. This Instagram post also indicates that Peyton is now engaged.

Dillinger made it huge in NXT with The Perfect 10 gimmick, but since debuting on the main roster, he has disappointed everyone. WWE didn’t see the potential in him, which limited his career. Recently, The Canadian Sensation asked for his release and now has returned to the independent circuit as Shawn Spears.

Peyton, on the other side, is WWE’s Women’s Tag Team Champion as part of The IIconics. Even though this couple is no longer together in WWE, it won’t affect their relationship. The only con is that Dillinger isn't in WWE and he might never return.

Peyton and Dillinger didn’t have many segments together, but it was fun to see them working for the same brand, SmackDown.

#4 Natalya and Tyson Kidd (Married)

A few years ago, Natalya managed The Hart Dynasty. Even when this team disbanded, both Superstars worked together. The WWE Universe also adore them as a couple but unfortunately, they don't appear together anymore.

In 2015, Tyson suffered a spinal cord injury due to Samoa Joe's Muscle Buster finisher. He was fortunate enough to survive but at the cost of his career. Tyson retired in 2017 and now works as a full-time backstage producer in WWE. His wife, Natalya is doing alright in the main roster and is getting title shots occasionally.

With Kidd being retired and Natalya working as a singles Superstar, it's almost impossible for us to see both of them together in WWE television. Tyson's job doesn't require him to appear on-screen and Natalya doesn't need a manager. So it's likely that things will remain the way they are right now.

#3 Dean Ambrose and Renee Young (Married)

Dean Ambrose bid farewell to the WWE Universe this week on Raw and now, he's gone. Yes, he has left WWE, and nobody knows if he will ever return.

Renee Young joined WWE in 2012 and made her on-screen debut the following year. She and Dean became a couple in 2013. Their relationship was unknown to the fans for almost two years before Renee spill the beans in an interview and revealed she is in a relationship with Ambrose.

WWE has used their relationship as a critical point to build Ambrose's feud many times. They married in 2017, and almost every fan loves seeing them as a couple. The fans adore them so much that they even won the “Favorite WWE Couple” award in the same year. However, with Ambrose leaving WWE, it is evident that we won't see the couple on-screen - at least for some time.

#2 CM Punk and AJ Lee (Married)

CM Punk, the Best In The World.

Most of you would agree with my above point. The Cult Of Personality is indeed one of the best wrestlers WWE ever employed. Vince McMahon knew Punk has the potential to get over with the crowd and he did exactly that.

2011 was the year of CM Punk. He mostly remained in the WWE Title scene and provided a 5-star match against John Cena at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view. He remained champion for 434 days after winning the title at Survivor Series before losing it to The Rock in 2013.

Punk left the WWE the following year and soon, his wife, AJ Lee, too left the company in 2015. Both are now retired and have no plans of returning.

The former WWE Champion is stubborn and has clearly instructed the fans to move on. He is not going to return and it's why we won't see him and AJ together in WWE again.

#1 John Cena and Nikki Bella (Split)

John Cena shocked the world when he returned at WrestleMania 35 with his Doctor Of Thuganomics gimmick and interrupted Elias' perform. Cena then verbally assaulted Elias - which was quite ironic - and then ended the segment with an FU.

When the 16-time WWE Champion broke up with Nikki Bella, fans were stunned. This 6-year long relationship shattered before their wedding in May 2018. Some fans thought it was a publicity stunt for their TV show Total Bellas, but that wasn't the case.

Both had several segments in WWE and in front of millions of fans, John proposed Nikki Bella at WrestleMania 33. This was the final segment of the two together in WWE television. They broke up last year and now, Nikki is also retired. Both have moved on their life, and I see no reason why these two Superstars may pair up in WWE again.
