9 things which should happen in WWE before the end of 2018

This is the bucket list of every WWE fan
This is the bucket list of every WWE fan

It's been only three months, but the WWE has continuously produced quality content. In this little time, the WWE Universe has witnessed an amazing Royal Rumble and Fastlane PPV, RAW 25, Wrestlemania 34 and a phenomenal gauntlet match.

But the WWE has a long road ahead, and it should keep giving such surprises to its fan base. The fan base is expecting a lot from WWE this year and they are very adamant in their demands.

If WWE wants to increase its TRP, then it has to pay heed to the fans wishes. If WWE wants its fans to stay loyal, then it should do these 9 things to fulfill their demands.

#9 Batista returns

Batista can be a good replacement for John Cena
Batista can be a good replacement for John Cena

There have been several rumours that Batista might return to the squared circle soon, but the date of his return is yet to be confirmed. Reportedly, Batista's return is still a matter of discussion because of his previous stint in 2014 which backfired.

While talking to the Jim Ross Podcast he said,

"I would love to go back, but the reason I have not gone back is that I don't want to do a one-off. "I want to go and I want to wrestle. I want to do some house shows, I want to be a part of the program and I love it. "The one off-thing, the cheap pop thing, it doesn't do anything for me.” He continued: "I stay in touch, man, I've talked to Vince [McMahon] recently and he knows what I want. I've made it very clear that I wanted to go back and run a program with Hunter [Triple H]. He added, "I've been very public about it and I think that's the thing that would get me back."

The fans are eagerly waiting to see the return of 'The Animal' Batista. As mentioned, Batista is interested in a long-term return and he wants to stay for a year or more. As the TRP ratings are not that great these days, Vince and co should give this a chance.

#8 Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe should become World Champs

This is a must-see in WWE now
This is a must-see in WWE now

Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe, both have a lot in common. The two of them are amazing heels, great in-ring workers, have dominating characters and they have good promo cutting skills.

Samoa Joe is out with a foot injury and Kevin Owens is fired from the company because of his vicious attack on Daniel Bryan, the General Manager of SmackDown Live.

Both have exceptional wrestling skills and they have proven their mettle repeatedly on different occasions. Their goal in 2018 should be conquering the championships.

There are rumours that Owens is going to end up in RAW this time after the superstar shake-up and he might start a feud with Roman Reigns.

Samoa Joe has clarified he will go after the championship after his return. He posted a picture on Instagram with the caption #soon.

#7 John Cena should become a Grand Slam champion and he should bring back his open challenges

Next IC Champ?
Intercontinental Championship will make him the Grand Slam Champion

John Cena was the face that ran the Ruthless Aggression era and a significant part of the PG Era. He has all the medals except one, that is the Intercontinental Championship. He never went behind it because he has always been the main event guy.

'Big match John' should add this last championship in his profile and become a grand slam champion. Stars like Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, JBL, The Miz, to name a few, have accomplished the title of Grand Slam Champion. So before the end of 2018, Cena should attain this title to accomplish everything WWE offers.

In 2016, when John Cena was the US Champion, he used to throw open-challenges, which gave an opportunity to all the young talents to compete against the 16-times champion and also to win the US Title.

His open challenges were very interesting, and the fans were very much into it. However, it stopped after he lost the championship to Alberto Del Rio. He could win the Intercontinental Championship and start his open-challenges again to entertain his fans.

#6 Chris Jericho return

Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla can return with his much-missed List

Chris Jericho is one of the most entertaining stars in WWE. He is 47 years-old, but that doesn't stop him from moving ahead at an unbelievable pace. Jericho is known as one of the best in-ring technicians ever to wrestle in the WWE.

According to Jericho, his return depends on the storyline. If the storyline is interesting, then he won't hesitate to come back. Since wrestling Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 in the NJPW Promotion, fans have been clamouring for his return to the WWE.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting he doesn't expect a Jericho return to take place "before the end of the summer." If that's the case, Jericho just may return to the WWE in time for the SummerSlam pay-per-view, which will take place on August 19th.

His last stint in WWE was eventful. His alliance with Kevin Owens (JeriKO), The list of Jericho and his fallout with Owens was a treat to the wrestling fans. He should make a return, and WWE should involve him in a feud which will make his presence monumental again.

#5 Bobby Roode turns heel and wins the Money in the Bank suitcase

The Glorious one needs to turn heel
The Glorious one needs to turn heel

In NXT, Bobby Roode was a notorious heel who broke the streak of Shinsuke Nakamura in NXT. He has won the NXT Championship on several occasions and he has had an illustrious career in both, TNA and the WWE.

Roode debuted on the Smackdown Live roster last year as a face but he is not the same Bobby Roode anymore. He has lost his spark as a face.

'The Glorious one' won the US Championship after Ziggler relinquished it but he lost it to Randy Orton at Fastlane and now he is involved in a feud which is not very interesting.

It will intrigue to see Roode turning heel again and winning the MITB briefcase. Last year's winner was Baron Corbin and his run wasn't impressive.

Roode can be a good contender for the Championship and the audience will see a fresh feud between the Roode and AJ Styles or Nakamura.

#4 Sasha Banks getting drafted to SmackDown Live and getting a lengthy title reign

Sasha Banks need a long lasting championship reign
Sasha Banks need a long-lasting championship reign

Sasha Banks is an amazing wrestler who has amazing mic-skills, but she has got little to do in RAW and there are rumours that she might get transferred to SmackDown Live, soon after the superstar shakeup.

Currently, she is feuding against Bayley. Banks can move to SmackDown Live and create fresh matches and she can also have a long, proper championship reign.

Banks is a 4-time champion, albeit all her reigns have been very precise and short. To build herself as one of the most prominent women wrestlers in SmackDown, she needs to have a long reign.

If Banks turn heel, and she becomes the SmackDown Women Champion, then she will be unstoppable.

#3 Seth Rollins vs AJ Styles feud

Battle between the best wrestlers
The battle between the best wrestlers

Seth Rollins excelled in the gauntlet match in RAW last month. He has proved that he is an amazing wrestler over and over again. He is one of the best wrestlers WWE has right now and his heel run in WWE after The Shield dissolution was exemplary.

Without a doubt, he is the best wrestler RAW has right now. He is agile, fast and, he is very technical. He renovates his in-ring persona with new moves and tactics which keeps his matches fresh and his matches are worth waiting for.

On the other hand, AJ Styles is the best wrestler on SmackDown Live. His popularity is based on his in-ring skills and not the persona he carries. Be it a jobber or an A-star wrestler, AJ Styles will perform in the same manner.

His technical prowess and high-flying skills contribute to his profile and that makes him the best in the world. When we take WWE into account, he has put up amazing matches with John Cena, Brock Lesnar and Chris Jericho to name a few.

What if both of them start a feud, it will be a dream come true for all the wrestling fans. Amazing mic-skills, in-ring prowess, high-flying skills and technicality, in short, they will offer everything that a hardcore wrestling fan could ever wish for.

#2 Brock Lesnar leaves WWE and faces Bobby Lashley

Lesnar's departure will lead to many opportunities
Lesnar's departure will lead to many opportunities

Brock Lesnar is a good wrestler and a good entertainer but one thing that annoys the fan base is that the championship becomes stagnant when it is with Lesnar. He appears on major PPVs only and he stays away most of the time.

According to Dave Meltzer, Lesnar might not renew his contract with WWE this time because he might join MMA, and if he joins MMA, then his first opponent will be Bobby Lashley.

Brock Lesnar should leave WWE and join MMA because in WWE, he is a part-timer and if the championship is with him, then it is very stagnant and boring. Lesnar fans will be disappointed, but this is best for business.

#1 John Cena and Samoa Joe feud

Samoan Submission Machine vs The Face that runs the Place
Samoan Submission Machine vs The Face that runs the Place

John Cena never fails to perform and put up great matches. He is one of best in-ring performers and he has proven it again and again why he is called 'Big Match John'. He is quick and active in the ring.

Throughout the past 15 years, Cena has had several great matches that were oftentimes hidden among a myriad of average matches. He has put up amazing matches against CM Punk, AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins to name a few.

Samoa Joe is an amazing technical wrestler. He has performed in Japan, TNA and WWE. He has proved his wrestling mettle everywhere.

'The Samoan Submission Machine' never disappoints his fans and the WWE Universe. The crowd erupts with chants and he is also critically acclaimed. Joe is also a good promo cutter and he can annihilate his opponent.

Samoa Joe and John Cena can put up an amazing feud together. Their promos, matches and interruptions will be a must- watch.

Joe has admitted that he wants to face Cena next, but his intentions were overshadowed by his injury. Once he is up and running, we can expect this feud.

An unexpected name just challenged Randy Orton RIGHT HERE.
