The encounter began with the Viper grabbing the advantage with a power slam. The Viper then attempted the RKO, only for Wyatt to wriggle his way out of the ring. When Wyatt re-entered the ring, he hit Orton with a hard clothesline and posed upside down in the corner while maggots were projected onto the ring.
After some quick-paced exchanges, Wyatt went for a Sister Abigail only to be countered, but he then stopped an RKO. As Wyatt regained control and posed again at the corner, worms were projected onto the ring yet again.

An uranage slam and a Senton gave Wyatt control. He then went for a Siter Abigail, but Orton managed to get out it and go for the quick cover. The Champ then kicked out, and the action spilt out of the ring.

Wyatt then regained the advantage after slamming Orton into the barricade. The Champ then chased Randy, who was outside the ring and tried to bring him down with a clothesline. However, the Viper reversed it into an RKO.
After the action returned to the ring, the challenger looked set to punt Wyatt, but the Champ evaded just in time. Bray then went for a Sister Abigail which Orton converted into a backbreaker. The challenger then followed it with a draping DDT.
Orton tried to hit Wyatt with another RKO but was countered with a snap Sister Abigail. The subsequent cover wasn’t enough to give the Champ the victory. The ring lit up again, this time with cockroaches, as Bray attempted another Sister Abigail. However, he was quickly countered into an RKO, which handed Orton the victory.
