Daniel Bryan, who has been doing promotional work for the WWE since his injury earlier this year, was in Singapore recently when he spoke with the New Paper. The affable former WWE World champion was his usual humble self as he spoke on a number of topics.

On his relationship with WWE Diva Brie Bella

Bryan is very self-effacing when it comes to his relationship with the former model Brie, who he married last year, but attributes the business for bringing them closer to each other.

“There are certain frustrations that come with our job that can be hard to explain to people. So being there for somebody and to truly know and understand the frustrations is one of the things that have really brought us closer.” said Bryan.

His injuries and the WWE doctors clearing him

Bryan, who has been a lifelong fan of wrestling, is among the very few who get to scale the absolute summit of what they dreamt of as a child, when he became the WWE world Heavyweight champion of the world at last year’s Wrestlemania 30.

However, since then, his career has been marred by injuries and Bryan expressed uncertainty over his return to the WWE ring. “I think it could be the end of my career in WWE, but I don’t think it will be the end of my career.

I could find another passion, but it would just be sad because this is what I have been most passionate about since I was five.” concluded Bryan.
