How about Rollins vs Ambrose vs Reigns for Wrestlemania 31 main event?

The perfect scenario for his cash in should happen next year

If you are a smart and ardent WWE fan then you will have noticed that all three members of the Shield are driving forces of the main storylines this summer. Roman Reigns has been pushed to the main event scene. Seth Rollins is Mr. Money In The Bank. And Dean Ambrose seems to be the new age anti-hero. While Wrestlemania may seem like a light year away, predicting the match card this early isn’t really a surprising move. But I am not predicting as much as I am wishing for it to happen. For the past few editions WWE has been depending on part time wrestlers to deliver a Wrestlemania main event. How about they finally pass the baton and place their trust on the full time superstars who also happen to be young and promising. And thusly, I would love to see all three members of the Shield facing each other for the WWE World Heavyweight titles. And how will that happen , you ask. Here’s how.

Roman Reigns wins the titles.

The recent speculation doing the rounds is that all three Shield members will be the last three remaining superstars at the Royal Rumble Battle Royal. That’s grand but here is another possibility- Do not include Roman Reigns in the Rumble. Do not. Why? Because he’ll be fighting off for the titles against the then holder of the titles. Or maybe let that happen at the Elimination Chamber. And let Roman Reigns win the titles. How momentous will that be for the 29 year old? But just when you think this is the usher of the Roman Empire in the WWE, guess again because……

Seth Rollins cashes in

There should be a reason why Rollins, being Triple H’s newest investment, became Mr. Money In The Bank. He is there to stop Roman Reigns or anyone else but especially his former partner, from winning the coveted titles. He’ll cash in whenever probably the Authority wants him to cash in. What better way that this very moment when he gives Reigns his 15 minutes of fame and then hijacks his celebration. The moment is gone, Reigns and your former partner has won. But don’t you remember a man who vowed to be there whenever Rollins tried to cash in. What was he doing? Here’s what. . . .

Dean Ambrose wins the Rumble.

How awesome is that going to be. I mean, when was the last time you had a popular superstar winning the Rumble? When was the last time you saw someone young and full of promise win the Rumble? Someone as old-school, as psychotic, as devious and as popular, must have been a while.

If Dean Ambrose wins the Rumble, that gives him the opportunity to headline Wrestlemania 31. And that means he won’t be leaving Seth Rollins anytime soon.

It might be fun this way.

So Ambrose and Rollins are in the main event and Reigns gets his rematch. And there you have it- Rollins Vs Reigns Vs Ambrose.

This might just seem to idealistic to believe. But take me as fantasist or whatever but this match and this lead up is quite reasonable. This might just get predictable but not many things in the WWE become a success because of their unpredictability. It’s all about the build up to such turn of events. That is all that matters at the end of the day.

WWE might be too vary to place their trust on these young shoulders but it is about time that they build and hype storylines around their younger and full time talents and stop wasting all their energy in upping the nostalgia levels. The best way to evoke such a feeling is like the opening segment of this year’s Wrestlemania. No storyline, no wrestling, just a segment.

Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns are the future, It is about time they became the present.
