It was speculated on the lastest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio that WWE might be interested in purchasing TNA's video library if TNA is not picked up by any network. The rate for the purchase of the tapes are going at $500 per hour of footage and TNA might be having a little over 1000 hours of just Impact Wrestling footage, which means not including their PPVs.
Regarding the possibilty of TNA getting picked up by another network, the word is that Hulk Hogan's absense in their product is hurting them as he's an Icon and other networks are just not interested in a deal with them now.
