Former WWE superstar and the longest reigning WWE champion since Hulk Hogan’s stint in 1988, CM Punk has been in the limelight for many comments in the recent past and, the past week, he gave a similar interview to Michael Landsberg on TSN’s off the record this week, talking about his deal with the UFC.
He also went on to talk about how he supports his wife working for the WWE even after he vocally “thrashed” WWE and the medical staff in a podcast with Colt Cabana that he did recently. Punk defended himself by saying that he was only talking about his own story and had no intentions of hurting anybody in the WWE business. Adding to that, he also said that if AJ chooses to be with WWE, “more power to her” as their relationship will just grow stronger due to their seperate careers.
When asked about a potential return to WWE, Punk replied in a mysterious manner by saying that nobody would be happy right now if he did return to the sports entertainment business but he’s still not totally sure about this decision in the long future.
