Asuka sent another cryptic message to the WWE Universe amid her current hiatus that started following her loss to Biana Belair at WrestleMania 39.

The Empress of Tomorrow has not been seen on television since going 0-5 at WrestleMania. Many people thought that she would be the one to dethrone Belair but failed at WrestleMania 39. Despite her absence over the past month, she was drafted to SmackDown in the 2023 WWE Draft.

It seems like Asuka is ready to make her first appearance on the blue brand since the draft. She posted a new video on her Twitter account, showing off the oni mask she wore in her return at the 2023 Royal Rumble. She was also in her Kana character makeup and seemed to be wearing her wrestling attire.

Here's the latest video shared by Asuka:

The Empress of Tomorrow had a lot of momentum after returning to the Royal Rumble and earning a shot at the Raw Women's Championship at Elimination Chamber. However, her loss at WrestleMania 39 and her current television absence could make way for another big comeback.

Asuka teased leaving WWE after her loss to Bianca Belair

Some people were surprised when Asuka lost to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 39 and failed to get her first win at the Grandest Stage of Them All once again. There was hope that she would be the one to end Belair's reign, but the champ was destined to reach 400 days.

Following her loss to Belair, The Empress of Tomorrow teased about leaving WWE in a cryptic message on Twitter:

"I might as well go back to Japan… But I bet a lot of you guys my friends will miss me when I leave WWE? Now I need the power of your anger. Let's bring chaos to the boring Women's Division with me💩 Let's bring chaos to the Women's Division, let's bring chaos to the WWE!"

But now that Bianca Belair has set the modern-day record for a Women's Title reign, it could be time for her to drop the title. IYO SKY came close at Backlash, and Asuka could always return to challenge Belair for the championship again.
