WWE President reveals controversial plan for future WrestleMania events

WWE president Nick Khan has detailed the promotion's plans for upcoming WrestleMania events, and it may disappoint many fans.

The company is coming off a very successful WrestleMania XL event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, last weekend. Cody Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns in the main event to finish his story and become the new Undisputed WWE Champion. Nick Khan discussed the future of WrestleMania during his appearance at Sports Business Journal's Congress of Sports in Los Angeles.

During his appearance at the event, Nick Khan revealed that WWE's most popular premium live events will be held in the United States and Canada for the foreseeable future. Khan listed Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series as events that will not be made international anytime soon. However, he stated that other events, such as Elimination Chamber and King of the Ring, could take place internationally moving forward.

WWE veteran comments on The Undertaker's appearance at WrestleMania XL

Former WWE manager Dutch Mantell has shared his thoughts on the main event of WrestleMania XL and his reaction to The Undertaker's surprising cameo during The Show of Shows.

Cody Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania XL but had a lot of help in doing so. The Bloodline interfered in the match, but Jey Uso, John Cena, Seth Rollins, and The Undertaker helped even the odds. Stone Cold Steve Austin was rumored to be at WrestleMania, but those plans never came to fruition.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell revealed he had a few complaints about the main event of WrestleMania. He wondered why The Undertaker didn't show up in his ring attire and joked that Stone Cold Steve Austin must have had better plans.

"I do have a few complains. Like, Taker showing up in biker gear instead of showing up in Undertaker outfit. I went, 'What the hell?' But anyway, it was almost the way we predicted it. I don't know where Austin was. I guess he said hey I got a fishing trip I gotta go on," said Mantell. [From 02:08 onwards]
