Sami Zayn despite being injured may make a comeback at WWE Royal Rumble 2016

Sami Zayn appeared on this week's WWE NXT episode and said 2015 has been the worst year of his career so far. Sami said he probably will not be back in the ring before the end of the year but he's not finished and will be back. The former NXT Champion said his goal is to come back better than ever and get the NXT Title back.

It was noted that he appeared with a sling on his arm, this episode was taped several weeks back and he is no longer wearing the sling and there are talks among WWE creative about bringing Sami back in the 2016 Royal Rumble match.

Finn Balor’s rise to the top of the WWE NXT rankings is something many hardcore wrestling fans expected, but the star’s performances at Beast in the East and on the weekly NXT programming have been even better than anticipated. Add to the fact that Balor beat arguably one of the hottest commodities in wrestling today, Kevin Owens, and the excitement surrounding Balor’s championship win and the subsequent rematch are through the roof.

After Kevin Owens impressed a lot of WWE officials with strong merchandise sales, Finn Balor, apparently, is doing the same. Balor is expected to be on the main roster before the end of the year, and WWE officials expect huge opportunities that lay in wait in regards to merchandising for NXT Champion. They have high hopes that his Mattel action figures will kick that off and be another money spinner for the WWE.
