Spoiler: TNA World Title changes hands, more details on former WWE Star joining TNA

Bobby Roode

Bobby Roode defeated Bobby Lashley to become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion at last night’s TNA TV Tapings. If TNA is taping in order, this title match would air on October 29th, which is a few weeks after the Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

As previously reported, former WWE Superstar Brodus Clay made his TNA debut at this week’s Impact Tapings. He aligned himself with EC3 after attacking the newly turned babyface Rockstar Spud. He will be using the ring name Tyrus in TNA. Although TNA has been taping Impact episodes somewhat out of order, it appears as if Tyrus will have his first official TNA match on the October 15th or 22nd episode of Impact Wrestling. The bout will be a singles match against Shark Boy. Tyrus will be interacting with Eric Young and The Hardy Boyz in the coming weeks on Impact Wrestling.
