Recently there were speculations involving former WCW and WWE manager Eric Bischoff as it was said that both him and TNA could be suing each other. However, F4Wonline.com reports that is not the case any longer. There are reportedly contractual issues going on between the two sides and neither will talk about those issues until the deal expires, which should be soon. Before Bischoff's appearance on The Steve Austin Show earlier this year, Bischoff informed Austin that he couldn't talk about it on the podcast.
