WWE News: Titus O'Neil makes a triumphant return from suspension

He’s baaack!

The T-Dog’s bark echoed in the WWE once again at the SmackDown tapings today. Titus O’Neil returned from suspension to beat Tyler Breeze in a dark match after the cameras went off.

The 37-year-old’s return was rumored to happen some time this week, with RAW being viewed as the most likely occasion. There were reports of a big push planned for the former tag team champion, and if it indeed precipitates, a huge cross section of the WWE Universe would be very happy.

In an interview that happened when he was suspended, Titus said that his wrestling career would end with his WWE contract. His suspension for ‘unprofessional conduct’ was met with a lot of criticism, with a lot of fans and wrestlers calling it an ‘overreaction’ and an ‘abuse of power’ for just a playful grabbing of Vince McMahon’s arm.

The 90-day suspension was reduced to 60 days following open criticism from a lot of corners. Titus has stayed active for the WWE in his off-time, doing a lot of charity work and even appeared on a TV show.

The 2015 MEGA Dad Awards "Celebrity Dad of the Year" will once again be commended for his role as a father at the Fathers Incorporated Spirit Awards Gala and Fundraiser on April 28th .
