WWE Payback: Brie Bella quits WWE; Daniel Bryan remains as champion

Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella came out to a huge reception from the crowd at the Allstate Arena as Stephanie McMahon awaited their presence in the ring.

It was a segment that the entire WWE universe was looking forward since last Raw as Daniel had to surrender his belts in order to save the future of his wife, Brie Bella, in the WWE.

CM Punk chants echoed around the arena as Stephanie blamed Bryan for dragging her into this situation. With Brie standing next to her. Stephanie responded , “See? They want you to quit just like CM Punk did."

Daniel Bryan called Stephanie a self centered b****. Stephanie chose to let it slide as she was persistent in her aim to take back the titles.

Brie stepped up for herself as she said, "Daniel, we both know what needs to happen".

Stephanie thought that it was an indication of Bryan finally surrendering his belts.

But much to her shock, Brie told Stephanie didn’t have the power to fire her. Brie then said she quit, and slapped Stephanie.

A stunned Stephanie walked to the back in disbelief as Bryan and Brie celebrating in the ring, as the crowd chanted “Yes!”
