WWE Rumors: John Cena not happy with Vince McMahon, WrestleMania 33 match with The Undertaker in jeopardy?

The ultimate face-off the world is waiting for
Is Vince looking for alternatives?

An earlier report by Daily Wrestling News noted that there is some “friendly tension” going on between John Cena and the company. In a follow-up report by AWN, it was mentioned that John Cena was upset when Goldberg’s return to WWE was officially confirmed.

John feels that he has been taken for granted by Vince and that is reported as the reason for John being upset with the news. It should be noted here that John has nothing personal against Goldberg.

John believes that he deserves a similar treatment rendered to part-timers like Brock Lesnar, Goldberg and The Rock. Lesnar and Goldberg were paid huge amounts, just to work for limited schedules. An earlier report by AWN, suggested that WWE was paying $10 Million for Cena for a semi-full-time schedule. Lesnar, on the other hand is making something close to $6-$8Million for a very few appearances.

No information is available on exactly how much is Goldberg making in this deal. It appears that the veteran is very happy and has even accepted to work a few more dates after his epic Survivor Series match against Brock Lesnar.

Though there was no imminent danger of Cena leaving the company for this reason, the creative team seems to be ready with their plans. As per the reports, it was mentioned that Vince has instructed the creative team to come up with alternatives for The Undertaker’s upcoming WrestleMania 33 match, in case the tensions with Cena worsen.

Given the fact that Cena was not a part of WrestleMania 32 due to injury, the WWE universe is excited about Cena’s booking this year at WM 33.
