WWE: Why Vince is projecting a dominant John Cena, people unhappy backstage

Last week, we noted that WWE chairman Vince McMahon was behind John Cena’s strong showing on Raw after he returned and dominated the Wyatt Family.

The decision to put him over in an emphatic manner was taken by Vince in order to prove to the WWE universe that Cena is still in this fight and he is far from being over.

PWInsider reports that Vince has been persistent with the WWE creative and directed them to prove that all is not lost after the vicious beating he took from Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.

Regarding this decision, several people were reported to be unhappy backstage and they voiced their discontent stating that he shouldn’t have been allowed to be so dominant on the show.

But those opinions didn’t change Vince’s mind at all.
