#5. Matt Hardy met Adam Cole in a different promotion
Adam Cole has faced some of the biggest wrestlers in the industry. One of the biggest former WWE Superstars he has met outside the company is none other than Matt Hardy.
Hardy and Cole met each other at another wrestling promotion outside WWE, and the two became friends soon after. The latter has opened up about his relationship with Matt Hardy and claims that he cannot say enough good things about the AEW star.
“He [Matt Hardy] said 'Hey guys, I’m here to help you as much as I can.' Plus he knows that [the two company’s] styles are different, so he brings a different perspective to the locker room. Wrestling’s in his blood. He was so helpful in guiding me as a villain and presenting myself a certain way. I can’t say enough good things about Matt Hardy,” said Adam Cole.
Hardy is one of the biggest stars on the current AEW roster. Big Money Matt has had a few major rivalries in All Elite Wrestling already, and he could have a great one with Cole if he decides to sign with the company.
