AEW Dark Results - Impressive debut, Big attack after the main event, and more

#13. Co-Main Event: Royal Money, Baron Black & Mike Verna (AEW Trios Debut) vs. The Gunn Club on AEW Dark

Billy Gunn and Mike Verna got the AEW Dark co-main event underway. Billy dropped Verna with a shoulder tackler. However, Mike attempted to take the WWE Hall of Famer down, but Billy was just too powerful.

Austin Gunn got the tag and executed the flipping neck breaker before Baron Black got into the match. Black got control for his team as Royal Money got the tag. Money found himself in the wrong corner as Colten got the tag.

Colten got a two-count with a full nelson slam. A big brawl broke out with all members of the match. Back in the ring, Colten hit the Colt 45 on Royal Money for the win on AEW Dark.

Result: The Gunn Club def. Royal Money, Baron Black & Mike Verna on AEW Dark

Grade: C

The Gunn Club weren't playing around tonight on AEW Dark.

#14. Main Event: SCU vs. TH2 on AEW Dark

As decided last week, if Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian lose another match together, their tag team will cease to exist for good.

Frankie Kazarian and Angelico kicked off the main event of the evening. Kazarian and Angelico were putting on a clinic on mat-based wrestling filled with a back-and-forth fight of submissions.

Frankie got the upper hand on the feet with a big clothesline. Daniels got the tag, and they executed a neck breaker combo. Evans got into the match, and SCU continued their dominance. Kazarian and Daniels had a sense of urgency as they looked focused on getting the job done.

Evans flipped the match in his team's favor with a corkscrew kick. TH2 was now on top as they worked on Kazarian. Angelico cracked the jaw of Kazarian while the veteran was locked in Evans' stretch hold.

Kazarian was having a tough time getting to his corner as TH2 kept Frankie on the mat with their innovative offense. Frankie got a few pinfall attempts in on Angelico, but TH2 shut down any comeback attempt.

Kazarian finally broke free by dropping Evans with a massive clothesline. Daniels got the tag, and the Fallen Angel took both members of TH2 down.

Daniels executed an incredible move on both TH2 members before getting the Blue Thunder Powerbomb for a near fall. TH2 got a near fall with a foot stomp into the backbreaker combo.

SCU isolated Angelico, but Evans hooked the boot of Daniels from the outside. TH2 delivered a neck breaker-backbreaker-flatliner combo followed by Evans' standing sky twister press.

Kazarian kicked out at two! A resilient Frankie then took the fight to Evans and Angelico, and he even managed to kick out of an assisted 450! Daniels finally got back into the ring.

He monkey flipped his partner right towards TH2, and Frankie connected with a double clothesline. SCU finished the match with their finisher.

Result: SCU def. TH2 on AEW Dark

Grade: A

The Acclaimed came out to attack SCU after the match. TH2 also joined in before The Young Bucks came out to make the save.
