Ever since AEW Dynamite got underway, the biggest criticism leveled at the promotion has been the fact that the women's division hasn't been at par with the men and the tag team units. That would change on this week's episode because Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa had a pretty solid match. With the passage of time, the women of All Elite Wrestling have really stepped up their game and are now a pretty formidable unit.
The ending of this AEW Dynamite showdown did seem a little sloppy, but that said it was still a pretty good match. And the fact that Dr. Britt Baker stood tall at the end speaks volumes about the faith that the company has in her.
This was one of those matches that had a decent build leading up to this big AEW Dynamite contest, and there was just an air of this being a contest that had a lot of big stakes involved.
