AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts Results - Former WWE star set for title match, Champion thrown down staircase

Frankie Kazarian and Jungle Boy started the match on AEW Dynamite. This was a high-stakes bout as the winner would face The Young Bucks next week for the Tag Team titles.

Things broke down after Brian Pillman Jr. tried to tag himself in and Kazarian knocked him off the apron with the right hand. Fast-paced action with all eight men in the ring and the sequence ended with Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison standing tall.

The Acclaimed were in control when we came back from an ad break, working over Christopher Daniels.

Caster and Bowens traded tags and worked over Daniels. The veteran hit back with a right hand, knocking Caster off the apron before taking Bowens down. Luchasaurus tagged himself in now and took out both members of The Acclaimed. He followed it up with a chokeslam to Pillman followed by one to Griff Garrison.

Jurassic Express was all over The Acclaimed at this point. Pillman came into the ring after this and was taken out by Jungle Boy. We saw Christopher Daniels hit Luchasaurus with a Flatliner on the floor.

Inside the ring, Kazarian took Jungle Boy down with a clothesline. Brian Pillman Jr. rolled Kazarian over but only got a two-count. Daniels and Kazarian hit Pillman Jr. with the Best Meltzer Ever for the win on AEW Dynamite.

Result: Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels defeat Varsity Blonds, The Acclaimed & Jurassic Express

Kenny Omega was with Tony Schiavone. Omega was informed that he would be facing the winner of PAC vs Orange Cassidy at AEW Double Or Nothing with the World Title on the line.

Orange Cassidy came out and Omega took his sunglasses and gave them to Michael Nakazawa. The AEW Champion was not taking Cassidy too seriously.
