Darby Allin and Sting were in the ring with Tony Schiavone on AEW Rampage. Darby got a massive reaction from the fans following his match against CM Punk at All Out. Schiavone then asked Darby Allin about Tully Blanchard's comments on AEW Dynamite.

Darby called Shawn Spears a "generic piece of S**t", saying he wouldn't be relevant without Tully Blanchard. Sting then took the mic saying Tully rode on the coattails of other people's success before inviting him down to the ring.

Tully came out to the entrance ramp with Sting, accusing him of loving the number's game. While The Icon was distracted, Shawn Spears pulled Darby Allin out of the ring and hit him with a Death Valley Driver onto the floor.

Adam Cole said that The Elite was a special group of wrestlers, before adding that he trusted Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks with his life. Cole added that Bryan Danielson and Christian were special but they wouldn't be able to keep up with him.

Bryan Danielson said that he wasn't going after all of The Elite, just Kenny Omega. He added that he'd heard that Omega was one of the best in the world but if he wasn't ready to step up, he was ready to face whoever was game.
