AEW Rampage Results: Wrestler gets head shaved, Bryan Danielson destroys former Champion

Bryan Danielson vs. Nick Jackson on AEW Rampage (continued)

Danielson was back on his feet as he spat into Nick Jackson's face before taking him down with a clothesline on AEW Rampage. Bryan then replied with repeated kicks of his own capped off by a vicious boot to the head for a two-count.

With Nick Jackson in the corner, Bryan Danielson hit him with a couple of running dropkicks before eating a superkick. Nick headed to the top rope and went for a splash, but Danielson caught him in a submission hold. Nick Jackson reached the bottom rope once again.

Back in the apron, Danielson continued to boot Nick Jackson but kicked the ring post after the latter dodged him. Nick followed it up with a German Suplex on the apron before heading back into the ring and hitting an Escalera out to ringside.

Nick Jackson had a submission hold locked in, but Danielson managed to reach the ropes and roll out. Jackson headed back on the apron and went for a running boot but caught Brandon Cutler instead.

Back in the ring, Danielson took out Matt Jackson, who was in the apron. He then locked in the Cattle Mutilation on Nick Jackson, forcing him to tap out.

Result: Bryan Danielson def. Nick Jackson

Grade: A

The Elite hit the ring after the match, but Christian Cage, Jungle Boy, and Luchasaurus came back up. After clearing the ring, Jungle Boy locked in the Snare Trap on Adam Cole. Kenny Omega then charged the ring after being goaded into it by Danielson, who locked in the Labelle Lock on the AEW Champion.
