The Undertaker had a glorious career in WWE. He hung up his wrestling boots after spending around three decades in the company.
'Taker's final match in WWE was an awesome cinematic bout at Wrestlemania 36 where he fought AJ Styles in a "Boneyard Match." Speaking in an episode of TheShowRULES from January 2022, Matt Menard detailed his experience filming the Boneyard Match. He and Angelo Parker played the roles of druids who were set up as a distraction by The O.C.
At one point, The Deadman was supposed to punch Daddy Magic but couldn't as the former was lying on the ground and was in pain. This made the AEW star anxious, thinking that he accidentally hurt the legend and would receive heat for the same.
"I'm waiting for The Undertaker to punch me. [The punch never comes.] I'm just waiting like this and I open my eyes and The Undertaker is f*cking down and in pain. He's in pain and I don't know what happened. I'm like, 'What did I do? Did I just kill The Undertaker? What kind of heat am I gonna get? Is The Undertaker's career over?'" [From 05:00 to 05:36]

The Undertaker would come out of retirement for only one match
The Deadman has often stated that he is not interested in returning to the ring again. But in one of the recent episodes of his Six Feet Under podcast, he said that he would come out of retirement to wrestle if he gets to redo his 2018 Crown Jewel match.
“You would think all the experience that was involved in that match that we could have done that in our sleep. That may be the only match if we did it again that I would come out of retirement for. Just to see if we could top how bad it was the first time we did it. A man lost his pec, man lost his pride, man lost his mask,” he said.
In Crown Jewel 2018, The Phenom and Kane (The Brothers of Destruction) took on Triple H and Shawn Michaels (DX) in a tag team match. The match is not very well-received by the WWE Universe.
