Diamond Dallas Page also brought up the reality of Sting's current run, and advised fans to enjoy it while it lasts.
"Unfortunately, because I'm a couple of years older than him, I know he's really going to feel it. This run right here is pure adrenaline, love of the game, being around all those young guys who worship him. I love watching him and I feel bad for him at the same time." [12:18 onwards]
1. Chris Jericho claims he is The Undertaker of AEW
During an interview with PopCulture.com, AEW's Le Champion Chris Jericho praised The Undertaker. The wrestler also made a comparison to his current backstage role to that of the Phenom during their time together in WWE.
"Not that there's any comparison, but I think I'm kind of taking on like The Undertaker role in the WWE for his last few years there. Where every time he does something, it's impactful - it means something. He's a benefit to have in the locker room. He's a leader. He's very experienced. He can tell guys and girls what they're doing right and what they're doing wrong. And it's just a good person to have around your roster," Jericho expressed.
Jericho is currently one of the most experienced wrestlers on the AEW roster, and regardless of whether or not he's like the Undertaker of AEW, he certainly adds tremendous value to the promotion.
