A top AEW star has just broken their silence after they were seemingly snubbed from a major show by the promotion. They apologized as they knew the potential reason for this. This would be Dralistico.
The company is set to hold Grand Slam: Mexico next week, featuring the best talent from the Tony Khan-led company and CMLL. However, not every top luchador is set to make an appearance due to some major technicalities and issues between them and the luchador promotion.
Dralistico is one of them, and currently, no member of La Faccion Ingobernable is booked for a match at the show in Arena Mexico. He has taken to X/Twitter to talk about how CMLL has some rules that should be respected, and that he was fine with not making an appearance, unless they ask him to. He apologized to the fans who wanted to see LFI at the show.

"These are CMLL policies and rules that must be respected 🤷🏻♂️ . We are happy where we are. If tomorrow AEW sends us to defend the flag, we will gladly do so. In the meantime, an apology to all the fans who thought the LFI would be at that event," the luchador wrote.
LFI have continued their ruthless ways in AEW
Rush, Dralistico, and Beast Mortos have proven that they are a force to deal with, and arguably one of the best iterations of the faction to date. A few weeks ago, they beat AR Fox and Top Flight in trios actions, and continued the attack post-match by choking out one of the Martin Brothers using a camera cable.
Check out a clip of their attack here.
A week later and they took the fight to the trio of 'Speedball' Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, and Komander. Despite a great showing, they suffered a tough loss that night.
A few days ago at AEW Summer Blockbuster, the Beast Mortos pulled off an incredible fight against Bandido in a match that stole the spotlight that night. He eventually fell to the ROH World Champion in what was a highly-rated bout.
The luchador faction has not had the best of results as of late, but they have shown that they are great in the ring, and have what it takes to bring the fight to anyone. They just need to build up momentum, and they can continue giving other trios a run for their money.
