Wheeler Yuta turned heel at the 2024 AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view. He betrayed his mentor, Bryan Danielson, at the event. Taking to social media, AEW star Daniel Garcia recently condemned Yuta's actions.
Jon Moxley and The American Dragon went to war at last weekend's pay-per-view at Tacoma Dome. The rivalry started after The Purveyor of Violence turned his back on Danielson at All Out earlier this year.
While Claudio Castagnoli and PAC chose to side with The Purveyor of Violence, Yuta initially decided to stay loyal to the former Daniel Bryan. However, he betrayed the former AEW World Champion at WrestleDream last Saturday and added insult to injury by choking him out with a plastic bag.
A few hours ago, Wheeler Yuta took to his Instagram account to address the shocking betrayal. He apologized to Danielson for his actions.

"Sorry, Bryan," Yuta wrote.
Reacting to Yuta's message, Daniel Garcia called him out for being a "coward."
"Coward," Garcia replied.
Daniel Garcia was attacked at AEW WrestleDream 2024
Jack Perry and Katsuyori Shibata went head-to-head for the TNT Championship last week at WrestleDream, where the champion retained the gold. Following the bout, The Scapegoat attacked Shibata, forcing Garcia to come out for the save.
A few moments later, fans also saw a returning MJF make a surprise appearance to confront Red Death. While Garcia was distracted, the former Jungle Boy took the opportunity to blindside him. Meanwhile, The Wolf of Wrestling also ambushed The Dragon Slayer in the middle of the ring.
MJF and Daniel Garcia faced each other at All Out, with Friedman gaining the victory. Post-match, Garcia attacked The Salt of the Earth, and thus, he was out for almost a month.
