The Mad King was last seen on the promotion on the May 8, 2024, episode of Dynamite, when he revealed himself to be one of the members of Team AEW, who were set to face The Elite in an Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing.
However, days later, at NJPW Resurgence, he sustained an injury and required surgery. Darby Allin was his replacement for the Double or Nothing match, but the entire team fell short at the pay-per-view.

During the singles match between Kip Sabian and Nick Wayne tonight on Rampage, an announcement flashed on the screen. It was revealed that Eddie Kingston will be at Collision tomorrow night, addressing his status for All In.
According to his last medical update, Eddie is still recuperating from the injury, so it is unlikely he'll be in action at the pay-per-view. Everyone will have to stay tuned tomorrow night to find out what Kingston has to say about the event and his involvement in it.
