The episode recapped the events that unfolded earlier this week on Dynamite, focusing on The Blackpool Combat Club assaulting and brutalizing Chuck Taylor. The former Best Friends member had tried to motivate his friend Orange Cassidy to lead the charge against Jon Moxley and his group, which seemingly landed him in the crosshairs of The One True King and World Champion of AEW.

The Purveyor of Violence dragged Taylor to the ring after the main event of Dynamite, after which Claudio Castagnoli delivered a stomp on Taylor's neck with a steel chair collaring it. All this transpired moments before Orange Cassidy could make the save, and the episode ended with medical personnel checking on Taylor as the Freshly Squeezed star looked on devastated.
On the latest episode of Saturday Night Collision, the All Elite broadcast team revealed that Chuck Taylor was still recuperating following The BCC's vicious assault on him this past Wednesday.
