It was recently reported that the deals of certain AEW homegrown talents are going to be up soon. Fans have reacted to this and believe that they would thrive in a different environment, like NXT.

Private Party has been an integral part of AEW's tag team division since 2019, making Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen a beloved tandem. They played a pivotal role during their first few shows, even pulling off a momentous feat by upsetting the Young Bucks during the tournament to crown the inaugural Tag Team Champions. SoCal Uncensored (SCU) ended up being the winners of the tournament.

In a recent edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer revealed that Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen's deals with the company are up soon. He did not reveal any specifics or if this was barring any possible addition of injury time.

Fans have reacted to the report, and the majority want them to leave AEW. Several fans believe that they would be a perfect fit in WWE, specifically in NXT. One mentioned how they could be the next big thing on the brand, replacing Hank and Tank. Another mentioned how they could keep their gimmick and be put in a program with the Street Profits.

Others wanted them to stay with All Elite Wrestling, as they felt that there was still more in store for them.

When was Private Party last seen in AEW?

Private Party has only been sporadically active in AEW over the past few years, as for some time, Marq Quen was sidelined with an injury. They had a resurgence during their reunion and would go on to dethrone the Young Bucks and become the World Tag Team Champions.

Their last match for the promotion was in late January, as they dropped their titles to the Hurt Syndicate. Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin were dominant during the match, and they remain the champions to this day.

It remains to be seen whether this is the last fans will see of Private Party as All-Elite. They have not had a great, consistent run throughout their time with the company, but there are a lot of possibilities ahead for them, no matter which path they choose.
